IN the wake of " ‘9/11’ " the U.S. Government has made the PATRIOT Act and the Homeland Security Bill law of the land.

NOW, law-enforcement may enter people’s homes without their knowledge. Now, law-enforcement may tap Internet and phone communication without Court oversight. Now, law-enforcement may detain persons and seize their assets without need for evidence. Now, protesters who are deemed "intimidation" to the "government" may be imprisoned. Now, the federal Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services may declare an "emergency" that requires mass vaccinations or imprisonments of people. Now, through its Northern Command, led by the General who headed NORAD on 9/11/01, Ralph G. Eberhardt, the U.S. military may compel the above said mass vaccinations or imprisonments of people.

IN SHORT, means of repression enacted since " ‘9/11’ " can now seal totalitarian rule over the people of the United States, marking the end of even the concept of democracy here.

 

HERE is Section 802 (a) (5) of the PATRIOT Act, passed by Congress in October 2001.

SEC. 802. DEFINITION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

...

(5) the term ‘domestic terrorism’ means activities that–

(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;

(B) appear to be intended–

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or ... "

Nancy Chang, senior litigation attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York City, says that vigorous protest activities can now be construed as terrorist actions: "A ‘terrorist’ these days is anyone who engages in activities that (according to the Patriot Act) ‘appear to be intended... to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion’ that are ‘dangerous to human life’ or ‘a violation of the criminal laws.’"

HERE is Section 304 © (2) of the Homeland Security Bill, passed by Congress in November 2002.

SEC. 304 © (2). CONDUCT OF CERTAIN PUBLIC-HEALTH RELATED ACTIVITIES

© Administration of Countermeasures Against Smallpox. – Section 224 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 233) is amended by adding the following: ...

(2) Declaration by secretary concerning countermeasure against smallpox. –

(A) Authority to issue declaration. –

(i) In general. – The Secretary may issue a declaration, pursuant to this paragraph, concluding that an actual or potential bioterrorist incident or other actual or potential public health emergency makes advisable the administration of a covered countermeasure to a category or categories of individuals.

(ii) Covered countermeasure. – The Secretary shall specify in such declaration the substance or substances that shall be considered covered countermeasures (as defined in paragraph (8)(A)) for purposes of administration to individuals during the effective period of the declaration."

According to Jennifer van Bergen’s 1/14 /03 article, "Smallpox in America, " the National Vaccination Information Center (NVIC) maintains that Section 304 of the Homeland Security Act is the "fulfillment of a federal plan in development for several years to allow public health officials to force vaccination and medical treatment on Americans without their informed consent while removing all accountability from drug companies and those who participate in enforcement of the policy."
